A transparent look at what each listing tier includes, how Top 5 placements differ from standard listings, and what to expect when paid placements are introduced.
All listings are complimentary during our launch period. Businesses must meet our listing criteria to be accepted. Top 5 listings receive enhanced profiles and greater visibility, while Additional Listings receive a standard listing. When paid placements are introduced, existing businesses will receive advance notice and the first opportunity to retain their positions.

Where your business appears
Top 5 listings receive premium placement and are eligible for additional site-wide exposure. Additional Listings receive consistent category-page visibility below the Top 5.
Top 5 — enhanced profile card
Your business appears in the Top 5 section of your category page with a full profile card, website link, phone number, and complete business description.
Additional Listing — standard card
Additional Listings appear below the Top 5 with a standard card showing your business name, short description, and website link.
Enhanced profile page — Top 5 only
Top 5 businesses receive a dedicated profile page with full business details, credentials, services, and customer reviews — providing deeper visibility beyond the category listing card.
Category hub pages
Parent category hub pages (e.g. Home Services, Auto & Transport) surface listings from each sub-category, giving your listing additional entry points across the site.
Both tiers include a website link
Every listing — Top 5 and Additional — displays your website URL directly on your card, giving visitors a one-click path to your site.
Top 5 listings also include your phone number and a full business description on an enhanced profile card.

What is the difference between a Top 5 and an Additional Listing?
Top 5 listings receive an enhanced profile card with a website link, phone number, and full business description, displayed prominently at the top of the category page. Additional Listings appear below the Top 5 with a standard card showing a website link and short description.
Are all listings paid?
All 10 listings per category are complimentary during our launch period — there is no cost to be listed right now. Paid placements will be introduced in the future. When that happens, existing businesses will receive advance notice and the first opportunity to retain their positions, with no obligation to continue.
How are Top 5 positions assigned during the launch period?
The first five eligible businesses accepted into available Top 5 positions receive those placements, subject to editorial approval and availability. The specific rank within the Top 5 is set by our editorial team and is not determined by payment. When paid listings are introduced, Top 5 placements will be priced higher than the five standard listings to reflect their enhanced profile and greater visibility.
What is the website link benefit for Top 5 listings?
Top 5 businesses have their website URL displayed directly on their profile card, making it a one-click path for visitors to reach your site. Additional Listings also include a website link on their standard card.
How many businesses are listed per category?
Each category is capped at 10 businesses — 5 Top 5 listings and 5 Additional listings. All 10 spots are complimentary during the launch period. This keeps the directory curated and ensures every listing gets meaningful visibility rather than being buried in a long list.
