How Purcell Gets It Done
Upfront Diagnosis
Every service call starts with a thorough system assessment. You'll know exactly what's wrong and what it costs to fix before any work begins.
Right-Sized Equipment
Purcell performs proper heat-loss calculations to match equipment to your home — no oversized units that short-cycle and wear out early.
Clean, Code-Compliant Install
All installations meet or exceed Alberta gas codes. Venting, electrical, and refrigerant lines are run neatly and inspected before sign-off.
Post-Install Walkthrough
Before leaving, the technician walks you through your new system — thermostat programming, filter schedule, and what to watch for.

Called at 8am with a dead furnace in January. Purcell had a tech at my door by noon and the new unit installed by 5pm. Incredible service — fair price, no pressure to upgrade.
Got three quotes for a new AC unit. Purcell was the only company that actually measured my house before quoting. Ended up being mid-range on price but the install was flawless.
Used Purcell for a furnace tune-up and they found a cracked heat exchanger. Showed me photos, explained the risk clearly, and gave me options without any pressure. Replaced it the next day.
